Carnet de Pêche operates entirely independently from television channels, tackle brands, and retail partnerships. We do not accept payment for rankings, product placement, or favourable coverage, and no brand has a say in what we publish. Each guide is written from documented practice and checked against current rules.
Our mission focuses on practical knowledge and river stewardship. We explain seasons, minimum sizes, and protected areas wherever they apply, and we decline paid product rankings, unverified catch records, and promotional claims. When we describe a technique or a piece of equipment, we say what it is for and what to check before using it.
